This refers to fieldwork projects for which our clients have already programmed the online survey. In this case, we conduct a profound quality check of the online survey in terms of grammar and technical performance. XL Online Panels is paying a lot of attention to the quality of the online surveys we are offering to our access panels. This way we can guarantee quality sampling to our customers.
Once we agree on the survey, we invite the appropriate research panels to the survey and closely monitor the panelists status in order to close the fieldwork project within the agreed time. As we have proprietary customer research panels, we do not need to rely on the work of subcontractors.
Panelists participating to online fieldwork of XL Online Panels have the chance of winning a prize in return for their participation. For all fieldwork projects done on our proprietary research panels, we take care of all incentive handling involved.
