XL Online Panels can assist you in the different phases of online market research. Our services cover the complete flow of online fieldwork: programming questionnaires, fieldwork services, panel sourcing, ....
Survey screening
We start from an online survey, programmed by the client. In this case we conduct a profound quality check of the online survey in terms of grammar, technical performance and overall quality.
Survey programming
We are highly experienced in programming all types of online surveys. We rely on the best software and staff available to take care of complex routings, customizations, rotations, multi-media elements, … or other specific requests you might have.
Sampling fieldwork
Starting from an approved survey, we invite the appropriate research panels to the survey and closely monitor the panelists status in order to close the fieldwork project within the agreed time. We have our own proprietary customer research panels, so we do not need to rely on third parties.
Data cleaning
Once all the fieldwork steps have been executed, we can deliver a workable data file, cleaned and immediately ready for analysis.
These different steps can be delivered as a stand-alone service or as a part of full field project.
